Well, the primal question is what do you want the receiver to do once they detect the attached document? We need to indicate the activeness that is expected from them.
Nearly often, nosotros want them to review the document.
Hence, I would write equally 'Please review the fastened certificate'.
Now, I was thinking almost documents like condition reports. We just desire to file it off and ideally do not want to invite review comments on them. I can all the same write information technology as 'Please review the attached weekly condition written report'. But so, I really practise not want them to review it!
Any ideas for this?

Aaarghh, both are terrible, but n°2 is more like a translation from French IMHO, and n°one is the existent thing... used a lot less today, yous won't find whatever "chav" using information technology though

Friendly is fine when information technology's to your team mate, or a friendly dominate.
The best 1 there is I'1000 enclosing

Can be used for customers or professional-internal, just but if you accept known them for some fourth dimension. But definitely non for your CV.

Information technology sounds so grammatically weird.
Does this sentence mean the same as 'please find fastened'?
I thought the lodge of the word in English should exist [Subject + Verb + Objectives], like I have dinner.
I'one thousand now surprised that the object tin be placed at the head of the sentence.
(Well, but for boosted cognition, in Chinese, they sometimes put the objectives at the head, only it's still happening only in verbal language.)
Is it mutual to place the objectives like that?
P.S I think I should have added the quote below the thread yous've shown, but other quotes there are besides sometime... So I only decided to add the quote here. Would it be OK?

Please find the attached profile suggests that the profile has been lost and you desire the person to look for information technology; only how tin can that exist, if it's attached? It's not incorrect, just a piddling strange.

Yes ...for me, information technology ever conjures up an image of an extremely big mailing bag. The recipient is being invited to rummage around in the bottom of said pocketbook, amongst the discarded crisp packets, until they observe the 'zipper'. I was always taught to avoid it like the plague, and but apply "I enclose ...." And that was 30 years ago!

That sounds like you're asking the recipient to go looking for the letter.
The usual way of expressing it is: Please find fastened the... (But it isn't as common now.)
Yous could besides say: The reference you requested is attached.
